At FerraVitals, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains our returns, cancellations, and refund procedures.

Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

  • Products are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Products are unused and in resalable condition.
  • Products are not expired or near expiration.
  • You provide your original order number.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Products are opened, used, or tampered with due to health and safety considerations.
  • Original packaging or safety seals are broken.
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products are marked as "Final Sale."
  • Products are damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact us within 30 days

2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
  • Please do not ship products without an RA number.

3. Ship the Product Back

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Include your RA number as instructed by our team.
  • Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error.

4. Receive Your Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: The original product price, excluding original shipping costs unless an exception applies.
  • Partial Refund: May be considered for eligible returns that are resalable but not in perfect condition.
  • No Refund: May apply if the product does not meet the return eligibility requirements or the return was not authorized.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by FerraVitals.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. FerraVitals is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit when the customer arranges shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email sales@ferravitals.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review the issue and provide return instructions, including a prepaid return label when applicable.
  • Depending on the circumstances, you may receive a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at sales@ferravitals.com.
  • Include your order number and photos of the item received, if requested.
  • We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.
  • The correct item will be shipped at no additional cost, or another appropriate resolution will be arranged.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet shipped.

After Shipment: Orders generally cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may contact us for guidance on available return options. Any refund will be processed in accordance with this policy after the returned product is received and approved. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless an exception applies.
